“Goodbye Forever,” Mancera’s most recent project, focuses on a series of elaborate drawings of collections of objects, animals, pets, airplanes, boats and situations that no longer exist. It is an exhibition that romantically evokes disappearance, but at the same time validates the memory that it re-creates.
