Object spaces brings together the work of five female artists – Cecilia Ordóñez, Carol Young, Consuelo Gómez, Maria Clara Figueroa and Sonnia Yepez – who have reflected on the notion of the object. Through domesticity, crafts, observation of materiality and experimentation, the impact of the object as an element of artistic research in the development of contemporary sculpture on the local scene becomes evident.
