In his most recent project, José Olano is interested in the transfer of energy between objects, exploring their instability and attempting to make visible the traces of the actions behind the construction of his sculptures. As a result of this search, the artist approaches a series of more formal questions regarding colour, the subtle beauty of fractures in glass, the influence of light, movement and, especially, time on matter.
