At first glance, the sculptures in this exhibition appear austere, but they establish a profound dialogue with physical and structural problems such as balance and the nature of metal. To a certain extent, the quality of their manufacture makes it impossible to see that the elements that make up the works are opposed iron planes, in some cases rusted, which are held up thanks to the stability of the openings in the centres of gravity or the curvatures that exert forces in opposite directions. At the same time, the volume, the empty spaces and the arrangement of the planes draw attention to the ground and the place of exhibition, thus questioning: gravity, emptiness, the limits and the possibilities of transformation of the material.
