Anthropocene is a term used to describe the current geological period of Earth's history. During this stage, human activity has significantly influenced the transformation of the planet with a force similar to that of the great natural phenomena. Rio proposes a complete cycle of creation and transformation of a terrain, a scale representation that brings us closer to and warns of the rapid impact of man on the landscape. The piece is composed of numerous drops of solidified plaster and intervened by the visitors of the building. A collective creation where the material forms the channel and the strokes its current. At the end of the exhibition, the piece will yield its impeccable exhibition to the course of life, to the natural cycle of change, by offering itself as a walking ground to the visitor who drew it. A scale representation that warns us of the transformative force of our progress.
