Nueveochenta Royal is an intervention in “El Patio”, where the master Fernando Uhía explores painting as a material, its composition, its brightness and the limits that colors generate when positioned on a surface.
Throughout his artistic practice, Uhía has been interested in themes related to mass consumption, popular culture, and the relationship between the ways in which images are displayed and the viewer's gaze, a relationship increasingly mediated by screens, billboards, and consumer objects.
