For the Garden of the new headquarters of Nueveochenta, Gustavo Villa proposes an intervention entitled Garden of Delights. For this project, the artist creates a series of polyhedrons and geometric cuts in hydraulic cement (hand painted with local patterns that appeal to our local memory) that allude to the ideas of Le Corbusier and the aesthetic debate on architecture as a “synthesis of the arts.” For this project, Villa starts from the foundations of the space to create a scenography that turns the remnants of the floor into an integral part of the natural landscape.
