Pintura de la P a la A

Painting from P to A is based on the intention to make visible the pictorial proposals of five artists: María Isabel Vargas (Bogotá, 1983), Daniel Martínez Sánchez (Bogotá, 1984), Esteban Ocampo (Manizales, 1987), Nicolás Galindo (Bogotá, 1991) and Felipe Salgado (Bogotá, 1995), with the aim of reviewing what is currently being done in the field of painting and thus establish meeting points between different schools, techniques and themes. The exhibition moves away from the common model of many names and focuses on a curated and contained collective that offers each of the artists a space to show the evolution of their work, while opening a dialogue regarding the development of the medium in the local scene.
