Interested in certain visual and architectural aspects of the 1960s and 1970s in Bogotá, Nicolás Consuegra developed his project “Past Future Time.” Based on a photograph of a domestic interior taken in Bogotá by German-born photographer Paul Beer, Consuegra develops a three-dimensional model with which he intends to “construct” the image anew. In this act, the artist creates an environment where all the elements are perceived in black and white.
