The recent project by Natalia Castañeda and the French artist Yannick Langois aims to reflect on archaeology and its possibilities, questioning the use we currently give to ancestral objects. The pieces are understood in a poetic way as fires that emerge from the earth, presenting decomposed organic bodies, which we humans seek as enigmas to unearth. In this sense, the artists point out the limits of sculpture by creating different stories with the material.
