Night of Galleries

Jaime Ávila – Lost City
Lost City, Ávila's most recent work, is made up of a series of medium and large-format drawings that simulate aerial views of nocturnal landscapes. Each of the views is delimited by a series of ordering structures that become visible through the construction of cities. The electric light networks function in these cities as lines that mark the boundaries of the territories.

The Embassy of Spain in Colombia, Colsanitas and Galería Nueveochenta have the pleasure of inviting you to the exhibition of the Eighth Young Art Award Embassy of Spain – Colsanitas. The opening will be on Thursday, September 3 at 7:30 pm and the closing and award ceremony will take place on Saturday, September 5 from 1:30 pm at the former headquarters of Galería Nueveochenta (Calle 70 No. 9-80), in Bogotá.
