Dear friends,
We invite you this Saturday, November 21st at 11:00 am to the last opening of the year.
The exhibition entitled “Balance and Concentration” by Ricardo Rendón brings together a series of interests that have always been present in the work of the Mexican artist and that focus on manual work, the value of the process, and transformation as an act of creation.
“Ricardo Rendón’s work has remained a constant commentary on the spatial and material possibilities of sculptural practice, seeking to conceive atmospheres created for the sensorial reflection of the form and the materials that detonate it. His work runs within the limits of industrial formats and those of artisanal practice, and proposes with his antonym of production a platform for speculation on what could be identified as our “current nature,” loaded with supports and disciplines to understand matter in a non-scientific way, but rather emotionally.”
